Turning Values into Everyday Behaviour

  • Sony Pictures needed to ensure that newly articulated organisational values didn’t remain internal jargon but translated into daily behaviour across teams. The challenge was to activate values without sounding corporate or instructional.
  • The solution was a participative internal campaign that made values visible, relatable, and lived.

What We Did

We conceptualised and executed Values Fiesta, building a visual system and communication framework that enabled storytelling, participation, and recognition across formats. The campaign extended beyond announcements into interactive activities, content, and on-ground engagement.

Outcomes

Values Fiesta helped embed organisational values into everyday conversations, increasing internal participation and creating a shared sense of ownership across teams.
